Originally introduced in 1978 to help prevent back problems among Swedish schoolchildren, the Kånken has since become a global favourite for everyday use.
This edition is constructed from durable double-waxed G-1000® HeavyDuty fabric, offering enhanced resistance to wear and changing weather conditions. The spacious main compartment features a wide zip opening for easy packing, while the internal back pocket contains a padded seat pad made from G-1000® HeavyDuty, providing both comfort and convenient storage.
Finished with leather handles and detailing, textile shoulder straps and practical exterior pockets, the Kånken No. 2 is designed for daily commuting, travel and outdoor adventures. The fabric can also be re-treated with Greenland Wax to improve weather resistance and extend durability over time.
