Well established both online and in Manchester City Centre for over 3 years, we are opening a new store in the heart of Sheffield.
Store Manager
You will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of your team; delivering the highest quality customer service; acquiring a full understanding of the products; working closely with our head office team to ensure the store is stocked to capacity at all times; implementing merchandising guidelines and maintaining impeccable store standards; exceeding your KPI’s including sales targets and maximising the store profitability.
This is a full time position based on 40 hours per week and will include weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Ensure that the store is clean, well-stocked and immaculately merchandised at all times
- Recruit, train, motivate and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Feedback to and work closely with our head office buying team and warehouse to ensure the product offering is geared towards maximising sales and fulfilling local demand
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in retail management or a related field is preferred (minimum Assistant Manager ready for the next step up)
Assistant manager
We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager to join the team. All candidates must have a genuine passion for men's premium branded fashion and a background in retail sales. You will have some Supervisory or Management experience.
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager, helping to deliver the highest quality customer service and staff training, acquiring a full understanding of the products, following the merchandising standards and undertaking any other reasonable task required by the Store Manager. Excellent communication and sales skills required.
This is a full time position based on 40 hours per week. You must be flexible and available to work weekends.
Full time and part time sales assistants
We are looking for both Full Time (40 hours) AND Part Time (min 8 hours) Sales Assistants to join the team. All candidates must have a genuine passion for men's branded fashion and a background in retail sales. Hours may include weekend work.
As a Sales Assistant, you will undertake full product training in order to deliver outstanding customer service; you will be required to maintain the highest store merchandising standards and to undertake any reasonable tasks set by the management team. We are looking for candidates with a genuine interest in men's branded fashion, with excellent communication and sales skills and a positive, helpful demeanor!
