The 30oz tumbler if it is mostly for a desk or a car, and the 26oz Bottle Chug if it is going in a bag. Straw mugs are the middle option — a handle, a lid and a straw, so nothing has to be tipped to drink from it. Buy for how you will actually carry it rather than for capacity.
