A version of this classic all-weather jacket has been in the Grenfell collection since 1931 and has been keeping golfers all over the world warm between the holes. Today’s version of the golfer Grenfell cloth jacket stays true to the one used by the 1947 UK and US Ryder Cup Teams and open legend Sir Henry Cotton. It utilises the highly regarded water repellent cotton Grenfell outer cloth which aside from golf has been used for a range of other sports including fishing, sailing and motor sport due to it’s extraordinary properties. It also boasts the Grenfell House check lining adding further character. High functionality continues through the use of a concealed two-way zip, button close stand collar, waist pockets with button down flaps and buckle adjustment straps to each side. All buttons throughout the jacket are made from real horn as a premium finishing touch.
